Returning products
WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS
Products must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging and complete in all its parts. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order using a different one, as long as it is tightly sealed to prevent loss of products.
The goods must be returned to CRESPI MILANO SRL at Via Verdi 23, 23844 Sirone - LC.
Refund
WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS
CRESPI MILANO SRL will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the return by the company. Refunds will include any shipping costs, while return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
